This company sucks! I was on a time limit with dmv before they suspended my license. Intoxalock messed up my vin number on the paper dmv needed and I had to wait 4 days for the correct one. So my license got suspended and I had to pay the dmv fees. Also when signing up for this company the guy gave me the price and then once I signed the lease the price went up! Horrible company!!
It was easy and helpful but stop being so goddamn cheerful on the phone and over email. No one besides you people are happy about this I promise all of your customers are mad as hell they have to have one of these stupid UNSAFE devices in their vehicles
