Let me start by saying this device is for my fiancé and it is in a multi family used car. This company is an absolute scam! First off I was sent to a dumpy garage that literally looks like someone cooks meth out of a camper in the back. I showed up for my 8am appointment and he says your box isn’t going to be here until after 11am. So I have to reschedule appointment for next day because I have kids in school. Felt supported through a very rough process of getting my license back! There’s a lot of misinformation out there and they could do a better job at informing the customer about the equipment. And definitely you need to do your research on who they are referring you to because not all shops are reputable! But overall they were supportive if you had any issues!
