The worst experience EVER!!! Had this baaid from 2025-2026. I had to get two diffferent machines. I’ve been stranded multiple times because the intoxaloc machine kept messing up. I called customer service and they told me I had to wait days to receive help. They continued to blame me for issues even though I have two different mechanics saying the machine was faulty. Went in for an alignment last week and car has not been right since. The manager of the store finally told me to stay as far away from this store as possible. He said his and all of the other stores are a non-stop factory of new staff all the time because ownership treats his employees like garbage. He mandates the office staff to use their personal cell phones to record every conversation with customers because the video cameras all over the place don't pick up the conversations well enough.
