Without getting too much into the initial issues of being sold the wrong device, which customer support has told me should not have happened, as my situation is not uncommon, I have been unable to recalibrate the device or get ahold of a representative while stuck at the service center for 3 hours. The service center cannot update the device due to action items required on the account, which is only signing the lease.
