Horrible customer service, the only American you’ll ever talk to at this company is the sales rep that signs you up. I’m trying to get a year end report to send to the state and they’ve been taking all week to send me a simple email. On Monday they told me 2 days, called back today (Thursday) and they’re telling me by tomorrow I should have it. I can almost guarantee I’ll be having to call back tomorrow to ask why I still don’t have it.

Had an issue with a sales person telling me things that they didn't follow through with like credits for my account even though they said that they left notes on my account for those credits and they never did. After leaving a negative review someone finally contacted me and corrected the mistakes by applying those credits to my account. I do appreciate that and the advice that was given to make testing a bit easier.
If zero stars were an option I would check that or negative. Do not use intoxalock. Customer service will hang-up on you when you look for support. The company withdrew 500 from my checking account which was unauthorized. I didn't not sign a new lease with the company so what there doing is illegal.
