After having some difficulty with the device and communication with the customer service department, they were extremely professional and understanding while resolving my issues. Getting an interlock can be a stressful situation. I am so happy I chose AV Dynamics. Brandon and Doug were extremely efficient. Being in a friendly non judgemental environment helped to ease any worry I had. I had trouble getting the device to work properly at first. Brandon helped me through it with a smile on his face. Happy to be working with them while I have this device. Highly recommend this shop.
