The man was very nice. No judgements and he gave a thorough explanation of device use and issues. He answered my questions and I left knowledgeable of how to use this device and who to contact if there are issues. I would highly recommend this service!
After having some difficulty with the device and communication with the customer service department, they were extremely professional and understanding while resolving my issues. I would recommend them! Isaiah was the rep that squared everything away with my account and now i can say I'm a satisfied customer!
Getting an interlock can be a stressful situation. I am so happy I chose AV Dynamics. Brandon and Doug were extremely efficient. Being in a friendly non judgemental environment helped to ease any worry I had. I had trouble getting the device to work properly at first. Brandon helped me through it with a smile on his face.
