I met the new owner John on Saturday December 21st and he was very nice! I was running late getting out of work , on line it said closing soon at 530pm. I pulled up at 5:32 needing to get my recalibration done and he was getting ready to end his shift and lock up for the weekend. He did not turn me away even tho he was ready to go, especially since it was Chistmas weekend! Thank you John and highly recommend anyone for any of your car service needs!

I would like to update my review...I finally found a representative that was very helpful. I have now been able to satisfy the unit and drive. Thank you to Asiz for his help. The blow settings are way too high, i finally gave up, and I have roadside assistance, whatever that means, can't find the phone no anywhere.
When I had to use the machine. I didn't really no the right way how to use it, I got caught in a traffic jam and couldn't reset the machine. It took over a half hour to figure out what I was doing wrong. I called and all I got was call the company that I was renting from and left to find out what to do, not very good customer service. I'm older and didn't grow up with computers so it's a little harder to learn some times, I don't know if I'm going to have a problem with the other company, I hope not, otherwise they seem to d... read more
