Awful. Use a different company. You can't understand most of the people that take the calls. I've had to say 3 times I can't understand a word your saying. They refused to send one of my removal paperwork to topeka. Instead sent me a work order for the install and deinstall. I was lucky topeka dmv knows how bad they suck and they used the dates on those forms. She even said she has personally complained about them numerous times over the years and she can't believe they still use them. They lockout fee you to death and have ... read more
Not great so far. I have emailed my customer rep and tried calling them, using the extension they gave me, with no response from either…….. Someone in the Customer Advocacy Department got in touch with me and so far it’s been worthy of an extra star to make it 4 stars.
Ya all did a great job.. for jumping thru hoops for me.. very much appreciated
