I was quick to judge and I was wrong on every level the interlocking device from installation to customer service was very professional it was a lot easier than I ever thought it would be my customer service representative was also very helpful and courteous and I would like to say a special thank you to everyone involved
Terrible everything after installation. Customer service was a nightmare. On hold for literally hours and they disconnect multiple times, even if you got established with a rep and it disconnects no one calls you back...Unreal.
