I have to say that the great customer service I received from Alex is wonderful. It made the experience of something so unpleasant like a IID installation to go at lot better. He takes his time to explain everything as well. Great service. I’m a new customer for sure! 😊
At this service center I couldn't get no service about my intoxalock services now I lost my job I am trying to get this device remove cause it is now messing up my key fob and starter and battery is new no one can't help so now I am walking from the service center to rock island and Southgate rd to get home to tell the bad news to my family about me been stranded letting my boss know that I have no more transportation to work and I am still on hold for interlock I will make this public so people lives can be saved from this ... read more
