Non- existent customer phone support. Product itself is not hands-free, is a driving distraction, and i don't know why it is deemed legal in any state. I would challenge anyone to safely use this device in heavy traffic (3-6) lanes one direction and feel at all safe doing it. Random checks are ridiculous, as well as 2 minutes between shutoff and restart. What errand can you run in 2 minutes? This product and the legislators that allow it are a joke.
