The service started out rocky last year and there was a lot of miscommunication. A year later and I can’t even get these people on the phone to have the interlock removed from my husbands truck. I don’t recommend. Because the service I’ve received over this year was not the best. I would recommend going with a smaller and local company because they are not considerate of the time and money people have to waste. Horrible service

In the registration process I was told installation fee was $75. And was charged $81, by the way the owner didn't have change and only gave me $3 back out of $90. Initially I was also told by intoxalock that callibration was going to be $20 and the owner at the place told me it's $32. I called intoxalock and they said they don't have anything to do with the service provider's prices but then I shouldn't have been given a price in the first place by them.
