Based on what I was told by the manufacturer, Hi-Tech Auto is easily 30% more expensive than other, local competitors. The techs and owner don't like to discuss dissatisfaction with customers and they won't do a rebate or a refund. Find another place that can do it less expensively.
I have enjoyed excellent service from High Tech Car Audio. I've dealt with several different people there and they have all been professional and knowledgeable, even when Intoxalock screwed up big time and made my life miserable.
Just had a terrible experience where the representative, Josh attempted to guilt trip and gas-light me into buying their service. Then he blew up my phone after I hung up. Stay away.
