Awesome people and service
Initial appointment setup was fine, but the actual install was a nightmare. Arrived for my appointment at the assigned time and was told I was supposed to have had my vehicle there two hours prior, though this was never communicated and was not reflected on any of the four emails I had verifying the appointment. Dropped my car off and received a phone call at the end of the day that they had not done anything with my car as the unit had not been delivered.
