I called in to have a device installed and explained not only the state I was in but the city and county it occurred in. The representative put the wrong state, a state I’ve never been to and we had no conversation about whatsoever, and completely screwed up everything for me. I went to the installation facility and had the device installed and they’re the ones who informed me the order was incorrect but the equipment was correct.
