So I had a review before but this puts the icing on the cake. It was so cold one morning, the box wouldnt work. It said warming up then said clearing , then blow. I know my device. It beeped for over 2 minutes. The second try , no beep at all. A day later I get a lock out thing. I call intoxalock and the guy says they can normally do a reset from the office but not here in PA. All these places are a joke! I have an interlock thing in my car and they wont even let me set up a caliberstion date. You are supposed to do it 5 days early which was yesterday. And the guy wouldnt let me in to my own account! Owell, if he doesnt caliberate because of that this month, ill end up ripping it out myself! Yall cant respct me when i call.
