Don't ever use this place. Just paid for a device for a year! Penndot told me they stopped my licenses in Jan. They never tell intoxalock. None of them talk. Well I had it in for a year, paid for a year and only 6 month counted!? Imagine driving around for a whole year, then calling all happy to have it removed. Only to be told nope you only served 6 Months of it. Don't ever use this place. Go with whatever other blow company you can. I have v n told them I would keep it in my car for another 6 months. So I had a review before but this puts the icing on the cake. It was so cold one morning, the box wouldnt work. It said warming up then said clearing , then blow. I know my device. It beeped for over 2 minutes. The second try , no beep at all. A day later I get a lock out thing. I call intoxalock and the guy says they can normally do a reset from the office but not here in PA. So I had to take it to a mechanic and he charged me 54$. Now intoxalock is billing me for 80$ extra and could t even do the lock reset. I knew the Ind... read more
All these places are a joke! I have an interlock thing in my car and they wont even let me set up a caliberstion date. You are supposed to do it 5 days early which was yesterday. And the guy wouldnt let me in to my own account! Owell, if he doesnt caliberate because of that this month, ill end up ripping it out myself! Yall cant respct me when i call.
