My experience with Frances Hensley, a representative from INTOXALOCK has been super wonderful today !!! FRANCES was very kind, and very helpful and definitely very patient with me and also answered all my question that I had in mind . This is my first time having to get this type of thingy install In order to get my driver license back is the first step in progress and definitely after speaking with her made me feel comfortable that I can do this.. Where do I start… first things first, what was quoted was not what the final lease agreement turned out to be. I had the device installed on my car on 3/11/24 and intoxalock sent paperwork over with one wrong letter in my VIN, pushing back the date to where I couldn’t turn paper into DMV and start my 1 year time. It took 4 days for them to send updated paperwork and that is 4 extra days that I didn’t get credit for, prolonging my lease even longer.
