Tow truck driver incredibly LATE. Had time to stop at Dunkin though (are u kidding me) Horrible experience, they had very little knowledge, not helpful, not even empathetic to the fact that I was trapped there for over two hours in the pouring rain. Waited on that tow truck over 1.5 hours. I had to CALL a friend to deal with these people, so I could get back to my car because the device was taken out. There was ONE woman here who was helpful.
