the device has only worked twice. when i 1st got it . the device states blow harder, I CAN NOT Physically blow harder. i have been left stranded NOW FOR 3 DAYS. BEEN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES NOW. THE REP COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH.
