Intoxalock is by far one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with before. The amount of hidden fees EVERY 2 weeks, along with the lack of customer service or genuine human care is baffling. If you have the option of using a different company I would recommend doing that. I’m only a couple months in and this has been a horrible experience. Hoping to be able to switch when I can financially recoup to do so.
