after selling me the unit- now I can't ever get in touch with a real person, or get them to reply to an email to call me. I needed the roadside assistance I am paying for, and NOONE answers the phone. So I had to end up paying for roadside assistance anyways!!!! Not happy!!!
FANTASTIC!!!! Very courteous and gracious under the circumstances of having to do business with them!! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!! Highly recommend!! Install as neat and clean- in a brand new car!!
