Our phone call was great. I got information that we should have gotten from your company earlier. The journey so far has been a real struggle for us until now. Needed to order a new device because the initial device didn't beep. Chris Breezy in Mamaroneck has been a godsend. He should be the one that you refer customers to. We are hoping the replacement gets delivered tomorrow (7/23/25) for installation.
