Very professional got me Right in and right out in record time im very satisfied
Device broke after 3 days. Had to pay $250 for a tow. Even with the protection plan they will only reimburse $100. If i could leave zero stars i would.
For the Tesla owners. The car still works ok and gets me from a to b. But I will say for a company (Intoxalock) that brags on their website about being compatible with electric vehicles I would say I don’t recommend having one installed on a Tesla. First.. the device makes it so that when the car is doing an update (frequently and takes an hour or more sometimes) you must be in the car and ready to blow to avoid having any issues. Second..the app and phone key can’t be used. So that means no warming up your car. No unlocking... read more

During this embarrassing time of having to have an ignition interlock system installed. (By these folks btw.) Every interaction I've had dealing with both the device and regular mechanical work. I've only ever gotten smiles and great attitude and attention from the folks that work here. CLASS ACT.
