During this embarrassing time of having to have an ignition interlock system installed. (By these folks btw.) Every interaction I've had dealing with both the device and regular mechanical work. I've only ever gotten smiles and great attitude and attention from the folks that work here. CLASS ACT.
This program has now lied to me twice regarding the system. They initially quoted me $116.00 monthly with no hidden fees. I have yet to pay this amount. They actually charge me 136.00 a month and when I called them to dispute they stated I was given the wrong amount due to additional fees. Then, when my car broke down it was an automatic "lockout" because my battery died. They charged me 81.00 for this (at least that's what they said) and when I called to explain what happened they informed me to get it recalibrated immediat... read more
