First, the representatives at Intoxalock does NOT tell you everything they charge you for. SO BE AWARE. Let me share my experience with joke of a company. First, they forget to ship out a part of the breathalyzer so they ship overnight and charge me a $40 fee; this had me going to the installing auto shop twice. Then the installing company they partnered up with messed up filling out the DMV form 920, which is only sent out by Intoxalock. JC Audio & Security have been a life saver. They have always went above and beyond for me. They are very professional and down to earth. They make transactions easy and are always very informative. I highly recommend them. I now have all of my vehicle repairs and maintenance work done here. They also do car stereo /system and window tinting.
