Customer service is horrible. So they install this equipment and don't tell you that it drains your battery slowly. They say it's like having a dome light on. I call BS on that. The people i talked to on the phone don't understand English and don't care. The place that installed it originally charged me $85 bucks just to tell me that. On top of the $165 i had to spend to get it towed. Cause the person on the phone doesn't know how to do there job and said i need to tow it cause it might be faulty equipment.
