They just had a cyber attack on their system and when it was “supposedly” over and I could calibrate my system again, I went to the Intoxalock app to pay my balance. I paid my balance owed which was $130. Their system timed out and said I had not made the payment although $130 came out of my account. I had no choice but to used a different account which the 2nd time went through and a second $130 came out of my account. I’m very satisfied and pleased with this service and the staff is very polite understanding! The gentleman spoke very nicely to me on the phone and the towing was covered! You make it very easy for me while I’m going through my own consequences and difficult times!
The worst service ever.. quick to take money !!! Need customer support.. never available. I’ve had to buy 2 new batteries since having this device installed.
