The people I interacted with were nice. The product is horrible. Even doing it properly it failed me and I was charged for failing due to a horrible device.
I would like to recognize Patricia for such excellent customer service and professionalism. There was a little mis-understanding between Intoxalock and the service center that installed my device. Patricia went above and beyond to make me feel better about the situation. I couldn't thank her enough. She was such a sweetheart. I say in the most respectful way possible. Ex tremendous difficulty in getting Intelock. Spent 500.00 extras for services from Intoxalok. Still having problems and need reimburse meant. Still have to serve my fine until October 13th. What a shame.
