I would like to recognize Patricia for such excellent customer service and professionalism. There was a little mis-understanding between Intoxalock and the service center that installed my device. Patricia went above and beyond to make me feel better about the situation. I couldn't thank her enough. She was such a sweetheart. I say in the most respectful way possible. Ex tremendous difficulty in getting Intelock. Spent 500.00 extras for services from Intoxalok. Still having problems and need reimburse meant. Still have to serve my fine until October 13th. What a shame.
Very good service
Worst experience ever! Tried charging me $130 00 more than what I was quoted for. They kept my wife's credit card on file and enrolled her in auto pay, and pulled money out randomly without her consent. Customer service was non existence. Very rude people. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
