They charge you for anything and everything. Anyway they can get money from you they will. There's fees for your fees. It's not regulated so now the shops can charge whatever they want for calibrations, installs and removals as well. Getting someone on the phone takes 30 minutes. I had to replace the intoxalock system because the original one I received wasn't working properly. I took in and it was replaced within an hour
