Was not given complete information about the interlock system and now want to charge me a ridiculous amount to have their system removed. Adam was a pushy salesman and did not explain everything in its entirety. Then the next person I talked to today was rude and lied to me. Then told me to call tomorrow to get the system removed. He wouldn’t help me today. I’m reporting this company to the government.
Very nice people, dropped it off Friday and got a call that I’m the second person that this happened to, but the programming was a little wacky, so I had to wait till Saturday to pick the car up. Other than that the shop is very nice, maybe next time that happens to a customer, maybe some kind of discount would be helpful, just a tip! Thank you for the service and I’ll be back for calibration
