I brought previous vehicle to Grosse Pointe Auto Repair in May of 2023 to get the a/c repaired. My experience during THAT visit was positive. They diagnosed the issue, & had it fixed & ready to go the same day, & each person I interacted with was friendly & didn't sound irritated. Based on THAT visit? I would've given this place 5 stars. Warning: Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Customer Experience Avoid This Shop!!! I visited this shop on June 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM and had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience especially coming from someone who, according to several reviews, is not only the manager but also the owner.
