I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR A MONTH. CAN'T GET A PHONE LINE, EMAILS ARE IGNORED. THIS WAS A VOLUNTEER SERVICE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THE PROGRAM. VERY UNHAPPY (BUT SOBER) After this posting, I received a most gracious call from a manager. He was very apologetic and courteous. He immediately called a local facility and arranged for the devise removal. To my joy, he cancelled my devise removal bill. Thank you.
