Had interlock installed but had to remove it as I was unable to blow into it correctly, they charged me service fees. I filed a dispute regarding the charges through a review. Patricia contacted me and settled my dispute to my satisfaction.
Had interlock installed but had to remove it as I was unable to blow into it correctly, they charged me $246.60. I did not sign any paperwork and this did not match the price that was quoted to me. Supposedly I submitted a dispute through the online customer service rep. I have not heard from anyone. Extremely disappointed in this experience.
Gave me a quote then sent a contract with different/added pricing and won’t return emails. Obviously not uninstalling due to it being court mandated. Poor business practice.
Failed to explain how to avoid some issues with the device, also stated the app worked great. However, when you speak to customer service they say the app crashes a lot and to not depend on it.
