Update for the issue below. This company is responsive, and billing issues were corrected. I was able to get assistance through their chat yesterday and the issue with the device was resolved as well. Was not told of ALL charges. Shipping, lease etc. they removed the shipping fee so that is a plus. Not easy to get assistance with device through chat
