If you call, you will have to go through many prompts to then get a call center in India or somewhere, and you can't ever understand what they are saying. The device is 1980s technology and sounds like an altoid box of BBs going down the road. They run wires all over your dash and have the camera on the passenger side of the car. Idiots set me up an appointment and didn’t verify if car toys had the equipment. Charged me $90 and threatened a late fee if I didn’t show up on time… car toys didn’t have it.
