Environment: clean and friendly, accurate ETA on work Personnel: knowledgeable, friendly but to the point, and very cool with kids Waiting status: Our work was going to take a while and they actually took a request and pulled Sp*derman up to watch in the lobby during the work. I have panic disorder and needed a couple breaks from the audio and that wasn't a problem either. They work with you and are courteous. Better bedside manner than most of the doctors I deal with
