Intoxalock is the worst company I've ever had to deal with in my 52 years on this planet. Nothing but problems. The device is constantly malfunctioning, Im receiving false violations regularly and getting billed for no reason at times as well as for things I don't need. Customer service is an absolute joke. They're only happy to talk to you when it comes to taking your money. This was the worst experience ever!!! The device will kill your battery and the technicians that install and remove the device should not be working on vehicles. My vehicle would not start shortly after the device was removed due to poor workmanship (see attached photos). Upon device removal I was charged $249.00 more than the state allows (see attached photos). I had an excellent experience.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Dishonest and non-transparent pricing. The amounts I am charged are not the same as the amounts I agreed to on the phone before making this purchase. I tried to contact customer service for literally 1.5 hours and all I got was an automated message telling me how much money I owed them. This is a deceitful business. Maybe your intoxaloc device sucks. It does but it's not their fault. I have dealt with them twice in the phone for an extended time and they are a great company and will work you if you need. I will never be back using them but they do really good work!
DO NOT TRUST INTOXALOCK. This company overcharged me & refused to compensate me for their mistakes. I was lied to about the fees I would be charged. The sales rep Haley specifically told me many things such as that 50% of the install fee would be credited back toward my future costs. I was never told there was a length of service required or a cancelation fee. I was informed of those things when I called to cancel and set a removal date. Then the representative on the phone informed me that I did not actually sign that contr... read more
