Quick service, clean install, would recommend.
The installer was very professional and showed me everything I would need to know to achieve a successful time with the interlock device. He was extremely polite and nonjudgmental.
I initially had issues but was recently contacted by a very helpful representative named Isaias and he made sure all my issues were addressed and helped me get to a resolution fast. Not only did he help me get my information updated he also made sure I was satisfied with the conclusion of discussion. I needed that phone call! Thanks Isaias
It was a positive experience the first day. The second day was just shy of torture, definitely mental cruelty. Today has been also a positive and doable experience. My nerves are still shook up from yesterday however. The beeping and honking during rush hour traffic and then breath reading saying blow harder next time time after time and receiving a lock out warning, were bar none not positive. Overall the equipment so far as pretty good. I appreciate your service. Emma.
