I have been lied to multiple times by this company the people who answer the phone will never send you to a supervisor. I do not ever recommend anybody going to this company if they recommend and talks a lot tell them no and find somebody else to go to because nobody helps you they lie to you they overcharge you the company is no good never use intoxalock and that person Nicholas who answered the phone is rude they do not know how to do their job whatsoever I would suggest Nicholas gets fired
Super easy to work with, always an easy In and Out experience. Decided to upgrade my stereo during this last visit.
Absolutely awful. Rude, dismissive, not helpful, told me incorrect things like that I could drive to my car place to get a calibration but couldn’t in the end so had to get towed and had barely enough $ for it all. These interlocks are notorious for draining batteries. I have a new one and tested it before I left. It was fine and then the interlock completely drained it immediately on day one of driving it after it was installed. Was also charged more than they quoted. Car Toys is great! Helpful, quick and efficient. After a tough bump in the road with Intoxalock customer service I was contacted by a customer advocate. She was awesome! Took care of me and my issues, and gave me her direct info in case I ever have another problem. I can’t quite go 5 stars after my first interaction, but Patricia sure made up for it. Thank you Patricia!
The Silver store is a great place for calibrations. The staff are friendly and non-judgemental. Their rates are in line with other places. Good place to go.
