Car Toys is great! Helpful, quick and efficient. After a tough bump in the road with Intoxalock customer service I was contacted by a customer advocate. She was awesome! Took care of me and my issues, and gave me her direct info in case I ever have another problem. I can’t quite go 5 stars after my first interaction, but Patricia sure made up for it. The Silver store is a great place for calibrations. The staff are friendly and non-judgemental. Their rates are in line with other places. Good place to go.
Worst customer service ever. Get charged $75 for eating a hamburger and they tell you it is your fault, you shouldn’t eat!

I'm not a big fan of car toys. I've had a few bad dealing with them. They hooked up my intoxalock and hand me the keys and said there you go. I watched the videos but that's not hands on. NE way I didn't get it and had to go ask one of them if they could come out and help.
