Edited - I was contacted by a great man from intoxalock, he was concerned and very willing to hear me out. He has changed my view on the way the company cares. So if you do have an issue make sure you get ahold of a supervisor. They will help you, listen and try and fix the problem. I am changing my stars because they didn't have to reach out to fix my problem but they did. Worst place ever, they do not work with you at all, the people are rude and have no idea what they are doing. They do not have any people to talk to that have the current knowledge of how to put information into they system, getting anyone on the phone is a problem. Getting anyone to do there job is a problem. This company is no good...... Find someone else to go through they will overcharge you and lie to you. They are not reliable or trustworthy. Go elsewhere
