I want to say thank you to Daniel, you have been a great help and honest with me. I am still up in the air about the 1800# people though, as they don't listen or understand the situation. So if you go with this company and you seem to not find the help you need, get a supervisor. I recommend it.
Avoid this company no matter what you do! Customer support is non existent! They prey on people that are in a bad situation and they are never helpful! They charge you for every little thing and accuse the customer that it is always their fault and not the device that’s from the 90s! The device will drain your battery constantly leaving you stranded and cause you to have to spend more money buying a new battery for it to happen again down the road! Look at other options and avoid this company like the plague!
Edit: so I was lied to once again by the company, they set you up for failure do not go through this company Worst place ever, they do not work with you at all, the people are rude and have no idea what they are doing. They do not have any people to talk to that have the current knowledge of how to put information into they system, getting anyone on the phone is a problem.
