Shop did a great job with the installation. Email from intoxalock makes it sound like you have to wait there the whole time, but that is not accurate. It is a relatively small shop and not a great waiting area, but that also usually means it’s a great mechanic shop in my experience. Obviously, you do need to plan to get a ride back there so they can show you how to operate the device.
