Very friendly and up front. Great waiting room and offers snacks and water.
Handled everything well but , I was told my first month billing would be waved since the installation was so high , and it still shows a negative balance of around 60 dollars ....
Definitely would not recommend this company, find a different interlock company, I had nothing but problems with the equipment from time I got it an customer service sucks also this company caused me to have to keep it an extra year longer than I was supposed to DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
