I would rate it a .01 of possible. Was promised a $200.00 rebate. 2nd time calling the person says he doesn't know what I am talking about. 3rd time calling they promised to send an email with a link for the rebate. A week later and 6 emails later and still have not received that particular email. Would not recommend to anyone. I am taking DUI classes and have told everyone to use a different provider. I had to go there to install the intoxalock, ERIC was the MOST helpful and helped me reschedule thousands of times & told me every bit of information about the device. I honestly could not ask for a better experience dealing with that!!! GO SEE ERIC HE IS THE BEST
