Horrible experience... 2 installs were scheduled and canceled, due to no equipment being sent to Installer.... had to explain to court why it took so long and what was happening... the court mandated me to use a nother brand.... so I canceled intoxaloc... never had device installed... one month later they auto withdraw the monthly payment... now still waiting for reimbursement.... horrible horrible horrible
