My situation was fuxed. I set up a tentative appointment to have my interlock installed. Called the DMV to see what I needed to have my license unsuspeded and she tells me an interlock device, an sr22 and 85$ to pay the fee so I told I'd be in on Friday then cause I have an install already setup. Fast forward to today. And I call the DMV and this person tells me I need my drug and alcohol certificate. Which should have been sent by the treatment facility. Which I completed 2 years ago.
