The sales associates were the only pleasant part of my experience with this company. The install company had issues installing and delays due to lack of communication between management. When I called customer service I was told my account wasn't able to be transfered to the correct department and given a number that hung up on me when I told them I was unhappy with my experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
