The receptionist and mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my Intoxalock installed. Thanks for a great job. This has to be the worst company ever. Rep. had me send payment to a wrong address, Illinois don't exist anymore. took over 30 day to get back. Sent payment to good address, Dallas, TX. has not been processed for over 30 days, even though my bank says it has been processed but does not show on Intoxalock account . Now locked out.
