Jon's auto repair shop demonstrate efficiency, productivity, and reliability and is an excellent service. I am very satisfied with his work Great customer service, fantastic communication with updates and fast response when returning calls making a friendly environment. I never had to wait for unexpected parts. Always tops off washer/ break / cooling fluids with oil changes.
I set this up under the expectation that my 1st payment would be waived and I would receive a $100 credit as advertised and confirmed by voicemail with the agent. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone about this because now they have me installed and my number just loops through an automated system. Use a different company because this one seems to be dishonest and set up to milk you for everything you have. There is also never anyone available for the online chat. Just automatic answers then no one.
