If I could give -5 stars I would.. this company was/is horrible... I only needed the machine in my truck for only 3 months... welp.. try to get somone on the phone... what a joke.. almost every time 4 hours on hold or answering and transferring... I had the damn thing in for over a year.... finally got an answer.. supposedly sent certificate of compliance/competition to my email 3 months ago... haha never received.. welp almost drove to Iowa.... you got me over 4k later and stress.. it's finally coming out tomorrow.. thanks ... read more
I absolutely enjoyed the shop experience, the tech whom put the device in was knowledable and friendly. Explanations were given and process was simple. I actually appreciate this process and the machine works just as it should.
