Thank you Intoxiloc for handling my concerns as quickly as you did. I’m very pleased with the device and how it works.It would be nice to have a similar device permanently installed with a bac setting of .07 for those who enjoy having a few drinks without the risk of driving impaired. Intoxalock company is not a trustworthy company, lease agreement is a joke, for one, read the fine print, when they tell you what your monthly payments will be, it’s a lie, payments come biweekly, so ever payment is double what the lease reads. They’ll give you supposedly a free breathalyzer with out telling you it’s another $7+ biweekly, can’t drink why would I need one, and it’s not listed in the lease agreement, Al’s service was great, very informative
I don't ever leave a review but this 1 time I will Al's certified auto repair is a great place to go their employees are great to deal with they always get you right in and out talk to you while your waiting so for me I have to have the interlock device for next 6-7 years and I will say that I'm glad that it will be Al's certified auto repair down the road from me for my next many visits to come Thank- You AL'S
