I have blown out a hernia by having to blow into the intoxalock,it's causing me health issues from having to blow extremely hard in to the device.
He was very knowledgeable and also has continued to answer my questions via email I hope this continues, so far I have zero issues with my service or my unit
Installation was quick and easy! They made sure I knew how to use it easily and were very nice! They also got me in very quickly. Can't wait to continue my service with them
Absolutely horrible device and even worse customer service! I thought I needed one installed, then found out the next day that I did not. I paid for the first two weeks of service and the deposit, not to mention the install and uninstall fees to have it put in and removed the next day.. Recently they have been calling me several times a day while I'm at work, leaving voicemails demanding I pay for another two weeks before they will close my account!
