This is the biggest rip off ever!! The amount of money I wasted with Intoxalock was BS! I didn’t give a dirty sample but if I turned my car off and didn’t wait for the shut off in a cold car in 1 degree weather I would have to pay 75$ for a recall. Twice in one week. Intoxalock is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!

Money scam. Period.
I was there from 11:23 in the morning I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 and they came to get my pick up truck at 3:26 in the afternoon and then told me that they could not do the work that day they gave me many excuses They are very unaccountable, I really do not recommend them and because of what I was there waiting for other customers, they were also waiting for a long time. It is the worst place, bad service.
